Our proposed fan zone will feature a stage for live DJ performances, creating a lively and energetic atmosphere that will keep fans engaged throughout the tournaments. In addition, we will offer a wide range of food and beverage options, including innovative options that reflect the diverse tastes of the modern equestrian sports fan.
For those looking to take home a piece of the tournament, we will offer a variety of equestrian related merchandise, including apparel, souvenirs, and other equestrian-related items. We will also feature a range of activations.
In addition we will showcase a variety of creative art installations and art pieces that celebrate the beauty and excitement of the game. These installations will be designed to be both visually stunning and interactive, allowing fans to engage with the art and create their own unique experiences.
Overall, our fan zone will provide a fun and engaging experience for fans of all ages and skill levels. We look forward to bringing our vision to life and creating a truly unforgettable fan experience. we will be responsible for all aspects of this area including: Sourcing retailers and F&B outlets / Creating interactive elements / Curating some art pieces / Directional signage / Interactive zones.

The stage will be an integral part of our fan zone. We believe that music and entertainment play a key role in creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere that keeps fans energized and excited throughout the tournament.
Our stage will be strategically located within the fan zone, providing a central focal point for the tournament. We will feature a variety of different DJs and performers, each bringing their own unique style and energy to the stage. The music will be carefully curated to reflect the energy and excitement of the tournament, with a focus on upbeat and lively tracks that keep fans dancing and engaged.
In addition to the DJ performances, we will also feature a variety of other shows and performances.
Luxury KSA would contact relevant retailers such as ‘Galop’ in Dririyah, ‘Ouma Horse’, and ‘Le Monde De Cheval’ to encourage them to participate in the village.
But we don’t have to just focus on horse related in order to get them involved in the village – thinking outside of the box ( or rather the saddle) we can also contact brands that have a synergy with the equine world and so might want to be associated with the event.
Luxury KSA is excited to partner with SEEC to create a unique concept and theme for the event. Our collaboration will focus on designing an inviting atmosphere that seamlessly blends comfort and elegance.
To achieve this, we will utilize furniture from SEEC’s warehouse, ensuring that the space accommodates a mix of lounge seating for relaxation and a more formal dining area for special gatherings.
In addition to furnishing the area, we will also take responsibility for maintaining the VIP space. Our maintenance services will include thorough painting to refresh the environment and professional cleaning of the furniture to uphold a pristine appearance.
